Blogpost – Starflip and the Pirates of Pluto

We’ve written an RPG adventure for kids and a basic starter-rules system to play by. It’s called ‘Starflip and the Pirates of Pluto’ and features RpgGamerBoy’s Starflip – the tiny sentient pirate spaceship as an NPC. Illustrations by the amazing Steve Zieser who also did Labyrinth Lord!

Watch this space for more details. Currently we are planning to release it in late July or early August. And see more of Steve’s art at www.stevezieserart.com

    • Will do! Mine are young – but the game is intended to work for older kids too. The first adventure is up to around 9 years old with suggestions for pushing it older. If you don’t listen to the podcast already – check it out at rpggamerdad.com it has loads of gaming with my kids. I also write a column for MadAdventurers.com on introducing kids to gaming.
